The Sustainability Days 2024, a pioneering event for all things sustainable, will take place on April 10 and 11 at Messe Basel. The second edition will once again focus on current and forward-thinking topics on sustainability for cities, spaces, the environment and the economy, and bring together leading decision-makers, movers and shakers, as well as experts from various sectors. The exhibition also boasts a Startup Area and networking opportunities for personal exchange.

The issue of sustainability is one of the biggest challenges currently facing us. There is an urgent need for intensive dialogue and knowledge transfer in order to achieve tangible progress as quickly as possible. This is exactly where the Sustainability Days come in, which will be held for the second time in Basel on 10 and 11 April.

Four formats become one
Originally developed from four platforms (SmartSuisse, MUT – Trade Fair for Environmental Technology, Re' Summit and Future-Proof Infrastructure), Sustainability Days 2024 combines knowledge transfer, networking and dialogue in the areas of sustainable economy, smart city and environmental technology into one format. A total of seven focus topics – Economy, Energy, Environment, Governance, Health, Infrastructure & Buildings and Mobility – will be addressed in both the congress and the exhibition.

Exciting insights into the program
The event features a top-notch congress program with speakers from Switzerland and abroad, with some 60 suppliers expected as exhibitors. Thanks to its great success in 2023, the Networking Dinner Party will be held again on the evening of the first event day. The dinner party offers participants from business, science, politics and administration a further opportunity to network and exchange ideas in a stylish setting while enjoying a standing dinner. The evening will be enriched with an inspiring speech by Ernst Ulrich von Weizsäcker, environmental scientist and politician.
