Preparation is key. To ensure that the Sustainability Days 2024 are a complete success for you, we have summarized important information for you below.

To make it easier for you to organize your participation, we will also inform you with our event planner (via e-mail) with the most important steps to prepare for the event.

Basic media package: creation of your company profile
Ticket shop & visitor marketing: your login (ESC)
Exhibitor A-Z to be sent out
Submission of title, contents & short description of the workshop/speech
Submission of backwall graphics & logos for stand construction
Pre payment invoice to be sent out

Where can I find the set-up and dismantling times?

Set-up: April 9, 2024 from 5 p.m., April 10, 2024 from 7 a.m. to 8:30 a.m.

Dismantling: April 11, 2024 from 5 p.m. onwards
