First announced Speakers and new formats

Highlights

The Sustainability Days 2026 are built on formats that combine inspiration with practical relevance. A particular focus is the Startup Zone, where young companies present their innovative solutions. The program is further enriched by business pitches that provide concrete insights into new ideas and technologies and enable direct exchange. This creates spaces where innovation becomes visible and new impulses for sustainability transformation emerge.

Renowned Speakers Shaping Change

For the upcoming edition, renowned personalities have already confirmed their participation, uniting voices from politics, business, and academia. Among them are Martin Fecke (CEO, BKW Engineering), Dominik Zaugg (Lead Sustainability Site Basel and Kaiseraugst, Roche), and Bastien Girod (Partner, Deloitte).

Practical impulses will be provided by Sarah Weber (Head of Environment/Sustainability Infrastructure, SBB), Gabriel Schneider (Circular Economy Design, ZHAW), and Jean-Pascal Aribot (General Manager, Uber Switzerland).

Future and research perspectives will be contributed by Anabel Ternès von Hattburg (Futurologist), Mario Angst (Urban Sustainability Transformations, University of Zurich), and Sandra Berenbold (Impact290Degrees, University of St. Gallen).
