Parkstory develops, projects and implements fully automated, AI-based parking systems for cars, special projects, as well as an automatic bike parking system "RadHaus" (Bike House).
The Parkstory RadHaus is a fully automatic parking garage for bicycles and electric bikes.
Space-saving, user-friendly and secure, this parking system allows a space gain of up to 50%, is accessible "24/7/365" thanks to a digital access system and protects the bikes from inclement weather and theft.
Several cities have already included the RadHaus in their smart city projects to develop the multimodal aspect and offer a user-friendly, customized customer experience.
RadHaus Offenburg
The city of Offenburg put the first model of this kind into operation on the east side of the main station in July 2013:
- Up to 120 bicycles
- Floor space of the individual bicycle boxes: approx. 55m2
- Height: 10,5 m
- 5 storage levels
- 10 gates
RadHaus Waiblingen
Thanks to the bright blue RadHaus, an important regional mobility point is being created at Waiblingen station for those interested in getting to public transport by bike:
- Up to 120 bicycles
- Floor space of the individual bicycle boxes: approx. 65m2
- Height: 11 m
- 6 storage levels
- 12 gates
RadHaus Ravensburg
The Ravensburg public utility company has also built a RadHaus at the Ravensburg train station:
- Up to 120 bicycles
- Floor space of the individual bicycle boxes of approx. 55m2
- Height of 10 m
- 6 storage levels
- 12 gates
